Each wedding package has been tailored with the bride, groom and their families in mind. If you’re not finding something here that works…we’ll create a package that is just for right for you!

Decor Set Up & Removal

This package is designed for the couple who has done all of the planning themselves. It will include the rental, set up and removal of all decor items.

• Decor rental packages are available. Please ask about these during your initial consultation.
• During the consultation we will discuss your venue, layout and schedule of events for the day.
• One week prior to your event we will have a meeting to finalize all arrangements and ensure that your schedule of events is correct.
• Day of the event – all decor will be delivered and set up according to our previously discussed layout. Our staff will remain at the venue until the client has arrived and approved the set up.
• At the end of your event our staff will return for a full removal and clean up of rented items.

Partial Design & Coordination

This package is designed for the bride and groom who have already done some of the planning themselves or intend to help in carrying out the management of their event.  This package includes everything in the Decor Set Up & Removal package plus the following:

• Coordination of other vendors. This may include catering, venue, florists, cake and miscellaneous rentals.
• A schedule of your days events will be created and distributed to all other vendors and wedding party members that need to be notified.
• Additional meetings will be held throughout the process to ensure that all other planning, management and vendors are up-to-date.
• Irresistible Weddings staff member will be present throughout the event to ensure that your event is carried out as planned.

Complete Design & Coordination

This package is designed for the couple who wants Irresistible Weddings to handle every aspect of their event. This is for the bride and groom who wants to sit back, relax and enjoy the show! This package includes everything in the previous two packages with the addition of the following:

• Vendor consultations will be planned and attended with the couple. We will assist you in obtaining quotes and contracts from the chosen vendors.
• Payments will be made to your vendors. Management of the vendors, including receiving on the day of your event.
• Styling of any of your photoshoots, if requested.
• Coordination of all other aspects of your big day.
